It has been over a month since my last article. I realized that sometimes God wants me to wait a couple of pay periods before He shows me what to do. One of my friends had experienced a loss in their family and was going to have to do some traveling. I was praying for their family and other family members when I knew what I was supposed to do. I put the money in a card and gave it to the friend.
I must admit, I didn’t even want to write about it because to me it wasn’t important in comparison as to what my friend was experiencing. Maybe they could use the money for gas, food or some flowers. I don’t know, and truthfully I don’t need to know. I was led to give them the money and hopefully it helped during this sorrowful time. That is one of the blessings of giving when God leads you to give. He knows what is behind the scenes and He sees people’s needs. He allows us to be those conduits of blessings to others without having to know all the nitty gritty details. He leads, we act, and that is that!
